How do I enroll my child?

All enrollments are done on our website – www.campninjawarrior.com.You will need to set up an account and add each student you would like to enroll. You may then enroll them through the iClassPro portal or reach out to us via phone, email or in-person and we would be delighted to assist!

 

When is my monthly tuition fee due for classes?

Monthly tuition fees are due and are charged on the 1st of each month. If your account is past due you may be required to take care of your outstanding balance to continue attending classes. Please do not delay or hesitate to communicate with us if there are extenuating circumstances. If you need to cancel enrollment, you must do so before the 1st of the next month in order to not be charged.

 

How can I cancel class enrollment?

You may cancel enrollment via email or text. You may also request to drop the class through your iClassPro account. Enrollments must be cancelled before the 1st of the next month to avoid being charged for the next month. If you cancel after the 1st, you can choose for your child to continue attending classes. If your child does not attend, makeup tokens will be accrued. No refunds given for cancellations after the 1st of the month.

What does my child need to wear? 

Students should wear athletic clothing and athletic shoes. Shoes must be worn in order to participate.

  

Does my child need to attend all of his or her classes? 

In order to give your child the best chance for success, their attendance is very important.  We realize that occasionally children need to miss a class. If your child will miss class, iClassPro will issue a makeup token to your account. 

 

What are makeup tokens?

If your child misses a class, iClassPro will issue a makeup token to your account. Makeup tokens can be used for other available classes and Open Gym on Saturdays while your child is enrolled. Once your child is no longer enrolled, makeup tokens can only be used at Open Gym. 

 

How do I apply makeup tokens?

You can apply makeup tokens by logging into your iClassPro account through our website or through the iClassPro app. It will show you the open classes you can apply your makeup token towards. Once the makeup token has been applied, your child’s name will show up on our roster. You can also call or email us to assist you with applying a makeup token. 

 

Do I need to enroll each month?

Once you are enrolled, you stay enrolled unti the end of the session orl you let us know in writing (email is fine) that you are dropping. School year sessions run September to May.  Summer sessions run from June to August.     

 

Can I drop off and pick up my child? 

CNW is not equipped to supervise children before and after class.  Please be sure your child arrives no earlier than 10 minutes before his/her scheduled class time.  Children over the age of 8 may be dropped off and picked up. We ask that an adult stays with any children under the age of 8 years old. Please pick your child up by the end of class.

 

For camps and clinics, we encourage parents to drop off and pick up. 

 

What if I need to talk to my coach about my child?

Please let the front desk know that you would like to talk to the coach. He/she will help you with your concerns or questions and notify the coach if you need further assistance with a coaching matter.

 

How can I book a birthday party at Camp Ninja Warrior?

You are welcome to book a weekend birthday party right here on our website! We encourage you to reserve your party spot as early as possible as they are usually fully booked a month in advance. Visit our Parties tab on our website to see available dates and details on parties. Once you find a date that works, you will follow the steps to book your party. 

 

How much is it to book a birthday party?

The total cost is $375 for a 90 minute private rental. There is a $100 nonrefundable deposit required to book a party. This will leave you a balance of $275 that can be paid at the time of booking or at the time of the party. 

 

What is the setup for birthday parties?

There are 3 standard size picnic tables which may be used for seating and refreshments. You may arrive up to 15 minutes prior to the start of your party time to set-up. We are an alcohol-free gym, but you are welcome to bring any other food and beverage selection of your choice. Your party will include fun ninja warrior games, free play time, a special birthday shoutout to the celebrant and times for refreshments. Cash or card tips for your party hosts are welcome and appreciated but not required! For more details on parties, visit the Parties tab on our website.

 

What kind of camps do you offer?

During the school year, we offer a Winter Break camp and Spring Break camp. During the summer, we offer multiple summer camps.

 

Is Open Gym for members only?

Open Gym is open to the public! You do not have to be a member to enjoy Open Gym. It is $12 per participant.
