NINJA TECHNIQUE CLASSES

Our goal is for ninjas to develop in STRENGTH, KINDNESS AND COURAGE through obstacle course training.

Classes Include:

10 minute dynamic warm-up
40 minutes of Camp Ninja Training
5 minutes of game or competition time
Upper and lower body obstacles, dynamic balance, functional movement, core stability, coordination, etc.

All skill levels are welcome.
Gym is closed to the public during classes.

Group Classes

Group Classes (55min $75/month)

Mighty Ninjas: Ages 3-5 (45min class)
Flying Ninjas: Ages 6-8
Super Ninjas: Ages 9-14
Iron Ninjas: Ages 6-17
Samurai Ninjas: Ages 15-Adult

MIGHTY NINJA CLASSES

Includes: Dynamic warm-up and Camp Ninja Training to include obstacle training, dynamic balance, functional movement, core stability, coordination, etc.

Beginner class for Ages 3-5
45 minutes
Must be fully toilet trained

In an effort to provide a safe and fun experience for all, parents may need to walk the course throughout the duration of class with their ninja to help them stay on course.
