Ninja Class Descriptions

Lil Ninja Class

uAges 4-7

  • One class per week for a month. 
  • Includes 10 minute dynamic warm-up and 45 minutes of Camp Ninja Training. Will set a goal for each participant at their first session to mark progress as they advance.
  • All skill levels are welcome, classes taught based on the individual skill level of each participant.
  • Gym is closed to the public at this time.

Tween Ninja Class

Ages 8-13

  • One class per week for a month. 
  • Includes 10 minute dynamic warm-up and 45 minutes of Camp Ninja Training with a coach. Will set a goal for each participant at their first session to mark progress as they advance.

Homeschool Ninja Gathering

Ages 6-18

  • One class per week for a month.
  • Includes 10 minute dynamic warm-up. 20 minutes of obstacle instruction.  25 minutes of gym time.
